Refund and Returns Policy

At YC Store, we focus on delivering high-quality customized and pre-printed products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)

Products that are customized or personalized (such as photo-printed T-shirts, phone covers, keychains, mouse pads, caps, and cups) are made specifically according to customer instructions.

🔴 Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered (different from the order)

2. PRE-PRINTED (NON-CUSTOMIZED) PRODUCTS

Pre-printed products may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product received is incorrect

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.


3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared
  • Original packaging should be retained

YC Store reserves the right to inspect the issue before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized / personalized products (unless defective)
  • Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling
  • Minor color variations (due to screen or printing differences)
  • Incorrect size or model selected by the customer

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed for printing or dispatch.
  • YC Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or technical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

To request a return or refund:

  • Contact us through the Contact Us page
  • Share your Order ID, issue details, and clear photos
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

8. POLICY CHANGES

YC Store reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
